Haylo Hooman's and Puggies,
this week I had the opportunity to take a breath and reflect on the year to date ...'cause it's almost over!!! 2019 has been a particularly tough year for my Puggie-family due to Winston's recovery from serious health issues and the initial workload associated with the SIZE MY PUGGIE button enhancement on the website.
Believe me when I say that it was all worth it in the end, but it did get me thinking about what it is that keeps us moving forward during those times; for me it's Andrew and the boys. Both give me a push when I need it and both make me happy in their own way; they just communicate it differently.
Winston and Charles don't need to do much to let me know that 'it really can't be that bad Mum'. It's a peep-talk in a little Puggie-package wrapped up in snuffles and little fibers of joy as the best kinda reminder a Puggie can give their Hooman when their feeling like crap.
Winston and Charles' Puggie Super-power is knowing when to come over for a snuffle at my leg and then fall asleep at my feet or jump up next to me and get nice and close for a Puggie-snuggle. Their Puggie-snuggles can happen anywhere including on the outdoor chair next to the fire-pit with me or on my lap on the lounge .... even if it means squeezing yourself between Mum and the laptop that Mum is using to catch up on work late at night!
What I am really interested in is, what is your Puggie Super-power? What is it that you do to tell your Hooman "what's happening Mum or Dad" or "it's OK Mum or Dad" or "I think you're Pugtastic Hooman".
