Win the first Puggie-corn outfit: Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter: Pug Parties, ABN 317 854 74126, VIC 3156. Contact: haylo@pugparties.com.
2. Promotional period: The competition opens at 12:00am AEST on Thursday 1 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Wednesday 14 October 2026.
3. Who can enter: Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Pug Parties and their immediate families are not eligible.
4. How to enter: During the promotional period, either (a) complete the Puggie-corn sign-up form on pugparties.com (including the pop-up, the Puggie-corn page, or the link shared on Pug Parties’ Instagram and Facebook) with your email address, or (b) comment or send a direct message with the keyword PUGGIECORN to @pugparties on Instagram, then reply to our automated message with your email address. No purchase is necessary. Limit of one entry per person, however entered; additional entries from the same person will be disregarded.
5. Prize: One winner will receive one Puggie-corn Dress or Puggie-corn T-shirt in the size of their choice (valued at up to $70) and a $50 EFTPOS gift card. Total prize value is up to $120 (AUD, incl. GST). The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The EFTPOS gift card is subject to its issuer’s terms and conditions, including any expiry date. Delivery within Australia is included.
6. Donation: Separately from the prize, Pug Parties will donate $50 to Saffron on the Hill Pug Rescue in the winner’s name. The donation is not part of the prize.
7. Already bought Puggie-corn? If the winner bought a Puggie-corn Dress or Puggie-corn T-shirt from pugparties.com during the VIP pre-sale (8–14 October 2026), Pug Parties will refund the price they paid for that item, in addition to awarding the prize. If the winner bought the Puggie-corn Bundle, Pug Parties will refund the T-shirt portion of the bundle. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of the winner claiming the prize. The refund applies to one item only and does not change the prize or the donation.
8. Draw: The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries at Pug Parties Headquarters at 10:00am AEDT on Thursday 15 October 2026.
9. Winner notification: The winner will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw. With the winner’s consent, their first name and suburb will be announced on Pug Parties’ Instagram and Facebook.
10. Unclaimed prize: If the prize is not claimed within 14 days of notification, a redraw will be held at the same place at 10:00am AEDT on Thursday 29 October 2026, and that winner notified the same way.
11. Privacy: By entering, you agree to join the Pug Parties mailing list. Giving your mobile number is optional and not required to enter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by replying STOP to any text. Your details are handled under our Privacy Policy.
12. Social media: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook.
13. General: Pug Parties may disqualify entries that it reasonably believes are fraudulent or do not comply with these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
