Pug Parties goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.

Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring (if needed), quality check and packaging are completed for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The courier may process orders in an additional 1-2 days.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 4-7 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. International delivery usually takes about 12 - 20 business days.
  

If our warehouse lets us know that your product is going to be delayed for any reason, we will let you know immediately and give you the option to cancel your order if you do not wish to wait.

US CUSTOMERS: Please be aware that

1. Prices include duties: All prices displayed at checkout for US orders include estimated customs duties and import taxes. The total you see is the total you pay - no hidden fees.

2. DDP shipping: We ship to the United States using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, which means we handle all customs duties and import taxes on your behalf. These charges are calculated and included in your order total at checkout.

3. No additional charges at delivery: You won't be charged any additional customs fees, duties, or import taxes when your package arrives. All applicable charges have been pre-paid and are included in your checkout total.

4. Customs clearance timing: Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for customs clearance processing. Your order will be shipped from Australia and must clear US customs before final delivery.
