1. The Promoter

The Puggie-corn Review Draw (the Draw) is run by Pug Parties (the Promoter), Victoria, Australia. By entering the Draw you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The Draw is a game of chance. Leaving a review does not require a purchase beyond the Puggie-corn item you are reviewing, and the star rating you give has no effect on your chances of winning.

2. Who can enter

Entry is open to anyone who:

• is 18 years or older;
• is an Australian resident; and
• has purchased a Puggie-corn collection item from the Pug Parties website.

The Promoter, its immediate family members and anyone directly involved in running the Draw are not eligible to enter.

3. How to enter

To enter, leave a product review of a Puggie-corn item you have purchased during the Promotion Period. To count as a valid entry, your review must:

• be submitted through the review link in your Pug Parties review request email, or on the product page on the Pug Parties website;
• include at least one photo of your dog with or wearing the Puggie-corn item; and
• be an honest review of your own experience. Any star rating is welcome.

Each valid review on a separate Puggie-corn product counts as one entry. Only one entry per product per customer is accepted; duplicate reviews of the same product will be counted once.

Reviews that are abusive, offensive, defamatory or that feature anyone other than you and your dog will not be accepted as entries.

4. Promotion Period and draw dates

The Promotion Period runs from 29 October 2026 to 11:59 pm AEDT on 31 January 2027. Reviews submitted outside this period are not eligible.

A draw is held in the first week of each month for reviews submitted in the previous month. Entries are only eligible for the draw that follows the month they were submitted in and do not roll over.

Each draw is a random selection from all valid entries for that period, conducted by the Promoter in Victoria, Australia. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. The prize

One winner is drawn each month. The prize is a refund of the purchase price paid for one Puggie-corn item from the winner's order, refunded to the original payment method.

• If the reviewed item was bought as part of a bundle, the refund is the value of the tee in that bundle.
• The refund excludes shipping costs.
• Where a discount was applied to the order, the refund is the amount actually paid for the item.
• The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as store credit or a different product.

The winner keeps the item. Winning the Draw does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Winner notification and claiming the prize

The winner will be notified by email, to the address on their Pug Parties order, within 7 days of the draw. The refund will be processed within 14 days of the draw.

If a winner's email bounces, their order cannot be matched to the review, or they are found to be ineligible, the Promoter may draw another winner from the remaining valid entries for that month.

7. Your review, photos and publicity

By submitting a review with a photo, you confirm that you took the photo (or have permission to use it) and that it shows your own dog. You grant Pug Parties a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display the review and photo on the Pug Parties website and in its marketing, including social media and email.

Winners may be given a shout-out, using their first name and their dog's name, in a Pug Parties Instagram or Facebook Story and in the monthly newsletter. This will only happen with the winner's permission, which we will ask for in the winner notification email. Choosing not to be featured does not affect the prize.

8. General conditions

• The Promoter may verify any entry, including checking that the review matches a real Puggie-corn order, and may disqualify entries that do not meet these terms.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or end the Draw if it cannot be run as planned for reasons outside its control, subject to any applicable laws.
• The Promoter will review the Draw after 31 January 2027 and may choose to extend it or run a similar draw for other Pug Parties collections. Any extension or new draw will be announced on the Pug Parties website with its own terms.
• Entry is free. The Draw is not associated with, endorsed by or administered by Instagram, Facebook or Meta.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

9. Privacy and contact

Personal information collected through the Draw (your name, email, order details and review content) is used only to run the Draw, contact winners and process prizes, and is handled in line with the Pug Parties Privacy Policy. Winners' details are not shared publicly without their permission.
